“But in one tweet, I left out the word ‘just’, and when people pointed it out, I said, ‘oh, actually, I forgot to say just’. Is that something for Nigel Farage to get out of bed for? I don’t think so.
“But we call him Grumpy Grandpa in the office now, because he just comes out grumpy. He didn’t need to attack that, but he wanted to because I think he has a lot of problems and he deals with that by attacking Conservatives.
“Maybe he should focus on attacking the Labour Party, they’re the ones who are in Government and they’re taking us backwards. We are just focused on sorting out our plans, showing people that we are about common sense and that we’ve got plans to fix this country. That’s what I want them to see.”
