He was wearing dark clothing at the time of the attack, Thames Valley Police added.
The force has now launched an investigation into the incident.
Thames Valley Police would like to hear from anyone in the Broughton Brook area at the time of the incident and who saw anything suspicious.
Detective Constable Amy Banks, of Milton Keynes’ Criminal Investigation Department, said: “I appreciate that this incident will be concerning to the local community and want to assure you that we have been following every line of enquiry available.
