Evil Iranian army commanders are “at the mercy of Donald Trump’s bombers” after being tricked into revealing their secret hideouts, GB News can reveal.
The war-torn Islamic Republic entered a state of high alert yet again at the weekend over fears the American President had lost patience with the current stalemate.
Military chiefs fled to bunkers in locations across Iran as they awaited a fresh wave of attacks.
The US President issued a chilling threat to destroy the “entire country” if they did not submit to his demands after cutting short his weekend break and returning to Washington.
However, dissidents working with the US from within to destabilise the current regime believe it was all a trick to fool them into revealing their new network of hideaways.
A dissident source in southern Iran risked their life to tell GB News: “A state of high alert was declared for all military personnel.
“All the commanders had moved into bunkers, but the expected attack never came.
“The strong feeling is that it was a ruse to better identify the locations of the commanders’ hideouts.

“They have changed these places of so-called safety a few times throughout the conflict.
“But the rush to get to the new bunkers at the weekend will have been seen by the Americans and their spies.
“It’s now certain there are commanders at the mercy of Donald Trump’s bombers.”
Opposition forces in Iran are now holding their breath to see the result of today’s meeting of world leaders at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

The US Ambassador to the United Nations, Mike Waltz, said that Donald Trump is “always open to a deal”.
He was responding to questions about whether he would meet Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian as the rest of the world seeks to de-escalate tensions in the area.
Once again warning the Iranians to “behave”, the President said he was still in “deciding mode”.
However, Iran’s leaders, whose delegation to the UN had been denied visas by the US, are nervously awaiting what comes next.

They are still believed to be at their highest level of alert – known as Code 100 – as they watch movements of US bombers and other military assets in the Middle East.
It is understood that their fanatical armed forces are at the maximum level of war readiness, including the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the regular army and air force units.
Nerves are already shredded among the struggling population, which has also had to deal with the economic crisis created in the aftermath of Operation Epic Fury in February.
People in towns and cities across the country are now braced for new attacks and even worse deprivation.

The dissident source told GB News: “I think another major war is imminent – we will be deprived of energy for a long time.
“Many people already cannot make ends meet. It will only get worse.”
The Iranian death toll following Operation Epic Fury stood at 3,468 in April, Tehran’s state-run Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs claimed.
Meanwhile, the estimated figure for Iranian injured now sits at 25,000.
