In today’s GB News Daily Reflection, we consider Jesus’s parable of the workers in the vineyard to explore fairness and comparison.
Resentment can arise when we focus on what others receive rather than appreciating what we already have. Comparison can steal our joy, even when we were content with our own situation beforehand.
“I could be happy with my salary or with my situation until I see the next person and I start to compare and realise they have more for less. And it frustrates me.
“But if I think back on myself, I was happy with the deal I had in the first place. I wonder where comparison could be stealing joy in your life.”
