When asked about the latest attacks on Moscow, Mr Trump told Newsmax: “Well, I think that’s a disgrace.”
Yesterday, Mr Zelensky declared Kyiv was “done” backing a ceasefire on energy targets, unveiled by Mr Trump, when Russia was repeatedly breaching the deal.
“The block [on attacking refineries] is out. We’re done,” the wartime leader told the Financial Times.
On Sunday, Mr Trump said that both Russia and Ukraine would pause attacks on energy hubs in their respective sovereign countries.
