He has now also been charged with misconduct in a public office between February 15, 2024, and March 25, 2025, while serving as a Rating in the Royal Navy.
The 24-year-old is accused of sending classified information to a personal email address, WhatsApp and Discord, and retaining that information on personal devices.
The charge states that these allegations are “in breach of his duties and without reasonable excuse or justification”.
